A tribute has been launched today (13th May) by Royal Mail to honour Britain's wartime generation, 70 years to the day that Sir Winston Churchill gives his 'Blood, Toil, Tears and Sweat' speech to the house of commons. The 12 stamps capture Home Guards, the Women's Land Army, Air Raid Wardens and Sir Winston Churchill.
