Racing For Change, the commercial arm of British Horseracing, has announced the start of an ambitious programme to transform the sport. One major change this year will see the introduction of decimal betting, set to replace the traditional fractional betting.
The aim of the programme is to make the sport more appealing and accessible to younger audiences, as they believe they are unfamiliar with the current betting system.
