These 'Midnight Mums' can only get online in the middle of the night to do everyday tasks such as catch up with emails, do online banking, read the days' news, seek parenting advice, and stay in touch with friends on Facebook. This nightly nocturnal online activity leaves 1 in 3 managing to get only 6 hours of sleep a night.
